Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Supplier Fulfillment Manager as part of the Industry & Energy Technology team to drive on-time delivery, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement across direct materials. The role requires travel up to 20%, fluency in Italian and English, and strong ERP/Excel skills.

You will manage delivery of materials and certificates, coordinate production plans, and support supplier performance reviews, while aligning with procurement, logistics, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or MBA or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial.
• Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (regional/international).

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of materials and certificates for assigned Suppliers, coordinating Logistics until receipt.
• Provide visibility of supplier plans to Internal Customers and manage priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery for all documentation.
• Interact with Platform and Operating Units to provide feedback on supplier performance.
• Support supplier surveillance with Quality and coordinate with Logistics to minimize costs.
