Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Service Provider Management professional to oversee relationships with third-party providers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services. You will develop onboarding processes, manage SLAs, monitor performance, and drive improvements across the supplier network.

Candidates should have a business-focused background, 5+ years in provider management, and strong negotiation skills. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of service provider/vendor management experience.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills are required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage SLAs and contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to terms.
• Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance and resolve issues.
• Identify risks associated with providers and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align provider strategies with business needs.
