Job summary

Essity in Legnano, Italy, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Controller to support Italy and Switzerland within the Personal Care & Consumer Tissue business unit. You will partner with Sales & Marketing teams to deliver accurate financial planning, analysis, and insights that drive profitable growth and transparent reporting.

Reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller, you will oversee forecasting, monthly close, KPI tracking, and cross-functional projects, including digital transformation

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years in Controlling, FP&A or similar role in FMCG or multinational.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly closing with accurate, timely financial information.
• Lead forecasting activities and provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to support commercial initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency and profitable growth.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.
