Job summary

Diptyque is seeking an Italy Finance Manager / Senior Controller to build and lead the finance function for the Italian subsidiary. You will establish financial fundamentals, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and partner with local and regional teams to drive EBITDA and cash performance.

The role demands strong analytical capability, experience in luxury retail, and fluency in Italian and English. You will report to the Italy General Manager and coordinate with external accounting partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools such as Excel and planning software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop the Italian subsidiary.
• Define and implement financial and accounting processes.
• Prepare accounting records and coordinate with external accounting partner.
• Adapt Group tools to local requirements (Business Central, CEGID…).
• Lead financial reporting, performance analysis and P&L management.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial closings.
• Stock management and budgeting across retail locations.
