Hitachi Rail is seeking a BID MANAGER in Italy to coordinate bid preparation, ensure compliance with the bidding procedure and align with Sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Genoa, you will work across engineering, commercial and project teams to define strategies, manage risks, cost estimations and economic items, and hand over complete bid data to the Project Manager. The role also requires 3–5 years of experience and good English proficiency.

Competenze

• Technical Degree or Equivalent Technical Background.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in bid management.
• Good English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Prepare bids in compliance with bidding process.
• Align bids with sales targets and company guidelines for financial/economic items.
• Implement the assigned bid strategy and manage bidding risks.
• Provide complete bid data handover to the Project Manager.
• Update bid-related databases and assist in bid tools improvement.
