Ferrero Office in Alba is seeking a Strategic R&D PMO Support to join our Strategic R&D & PMO team. You will help manage projects across Break Through Innovation and Sugar Less Lab, and coordinate communication on key priorities across functions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Food Science or Engineering, has strong interpersonal and writing skills, knowledge of Ferrero workflows, and is able to travel. Prior experience with building project management tools is a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Food Science or Engineering or related field.
• 35 years of work experience with at least 2 years of Ferrero experience.
• Well connected within the Ferrero Group.
• Knowledge of Ferrero workflows and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of product development from ideation to scale up.
• Scientific competency.
• Availability to travel.
• Experience building project management tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support project management across Strategic R&D functions focusing on Break Through Innovation & Sugar Less Lab.
• Support communication and coordination related to key priorities across functions.
• Prepare and follow up on meeting reports of regular operative meetings.
• Support work with Organizational Improvement to build work flow and project management tools.
• Support the preparation of material and presentations for Chief Strategic R&D Officer.
• Work closely with all Strategic R&D functions.
