Job summary

Argotec in Italy is seeking an Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage indirect procurement, qualify suppliers, control costs, and support continuity.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance across categories like stationery, facility services, travel, and more, while leveraging ERP/e-procurement tools to monitor KPIs and ensure compliance.

Requirements include a degree and 3+ years experience; excellent English; strong negotiation and analytics; hybrid work policy offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Procurement strategy and supplier management across indirect categories.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Legal, and Finance to define requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost optimization.
• Support digitalization with ERP and e-procurement tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
