Job summary

ProductLife Group is seeking a Proposal & Strategic Solutions Engineer to join our Mirandola team. You will coordinate engineering activities, define technical scope, and manage procurement across tendering and project delivery, collaborating with contractors, suppliers and internal engineers.

Responsibilities include conceptual design, site oversight, budgeting, and preparing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with relevance to Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical or Process fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical and commercial activities within engineering procurement and procurement coordination.
• Experience in procurement processes, subcontract management, vendor evaluation and contract delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of engineering activities across tendering and execution phases.
• Conceptual design and design coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Building construction oversight and technical governance throughout project lifecycle.
• Management of timelines, costs, and resources; risk and issue resolution.
• Coordination of internal teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Preparation and development of technical and commercial proposals; bid coordination.
