You will serve as the central reference for technical scope, supply chain engagement, and subcontractor management to ensure project delivery.

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in technical and commercial activities including procurement and vendor management.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, subcontract management, and contract delivery models.

• Building construction and technical oversight.
• Management of timelines, costs, and resources.
