ProductLife Group is seeking a Proposal & Strategic Solutions Engineer to join our global team and help shape the future of life sciences through engineering proposals, procurement coordination, and vendor management.

The incumbent will coordinate tendering and project execution, define technical scope with internal engineers, and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in regulated environments.

Formación

• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical and commercial activities.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.
• Familiarity with tender documentation and contract delivery models.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate engineering activities and project management.
• Oversee conceptual design and design coordination.
• Provide technical oversight for building construction.
• Track timelines, costs and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks and issue resolution.
• Manage contracts, procurement processes and project documentation.
• Lead vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain reusable technical content and templates.
• Scout and evaluate new engineering project opportunities.
