Hill International is hiring a Project and Construction Manager for our Rome office, with on-site presence during construction required across Italy. The role covers planning, design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

The candidate will manage day-to-day on-site activities, administer contracts, coordinate contractors, handle permits and utility agencies, ensure QA, and lead project meetings. English fluency is mandatory.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5 years of construction management experience.
• Excellent level of English is mandatory.
• Proven construction management experience in hotel/hospitality or retail.
• Power BI for project reporting is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction and handover activities.
• Administer project construction contracts and coordinate contractors.
• Handle permitting and utility agencies, and inspect authorities.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to technical standards.
• Coordinate project meetings and distribute minutes; manage permits and approvals.
