Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead full lifecycle development of high-voltage products, from concept to market.

You will coordinate international teams across R&D, engineering, testing, and manufacturing to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The role requires a Master’s in engineering, 3+ years in technical project management, and strong communication skills in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in electromechanical/high-voltage equipment.
• Familiarity with CAD, FEM, PLM, ERP and structured product development processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluent in English and Italian.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle development for projects in product lines from concept to market.
• Coordinate international, cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, testing and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with standards, manage technical risks and drive time-to-market.
• Oversee design validation and type testing activities for high-voltage systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document lessons learned for future projects.
