Datalogic is seeking a Project Buyer based in Monte San Pietro (BO) to lead R&D sourcing during new product development and coordinate with Purchasing.

You will drive supplier selection, support quality, cost and delivery targets, and perform make-or-buy analyses; coordinate tool and sample prototyping; ensure timely project milestones. Fluent Italian and English; 2–3 years in similar roles are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical/electronics or related economics field.
• Fluent Italian and English; written and verbal communication.
• 2–3 years in similar roles.

Mansioni

• Lead R&D sourcing during new product development.
• Support supplier quality, cost and delivery targets; execute sourcing actions.
• Apply commodity sourcing strategy for project components.
• Make or buy analyses.
• Schedule and coordinate tool and sample prototyping (Alpha, Beta, Pilot).
• Ensure all project checkpoint phases closure on time.
• Manage supplier tooling for NPD projects (mould negotiations, material possession).
• Implement technical saving initiatives.
• Track KPIs: Project Cost, Project schedule, Savings.
