Littelfuse is seeking a Strategic Project Buyer in Italy to handle purchasing of materials, parts, and services. You will negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms, while ensuring delivery performance and cost efficiency across the business.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in a similar role within multinational environments, ideally with automotive or production industry exposure. Fluency in Italian and good command of English are required as part of daily communication.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in large multinational companies; automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
• Background in production companies; ideally with exposure to R&D-related activities.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory; good command of English for daily communication.

Mansioni

• Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
• Analyse supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
• Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
• Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.
