adapa Group seeks a highly organized Production Planner for our Gambassi manufacturing site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will develop and maintain production plans, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery across the plant.

You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to align priorities, monitor OTIF and capacity KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Competenze

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on, proactive, collaborative approach.
Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and procurement.
Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Italian and English fluency, written and spoken.

Mansioni

Develop and optimize production plans for capacity utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly production schedules aligned with needs.
Adjust plans for material, capacity, and workforce changes.
Communicate schedules across functions and ensure execution.
Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics.
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF and capacity utilization.
Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
