adapa Group seeks a highly organized Production Planner for our Gambassi site to ensure efficient scheduling, optimal use of resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders. You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a reliable planning process.

You will develop production plans, manage daily to monthly schedules, and respond proactively to disruptions, with a focus on OTIF and capacity utilization in a dynamic manufacturing

Competenze

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent requests.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production plans to maximize capacity and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics to align requirements and objectives.
• Respond proactively to disruptions, including material delays, equipment failures, and urgent customer requests.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF delivery and capacity utilization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the site’s manufacturing and supply chain processes.
