adapa Group is seeking a highly organized Production Planner for our Gambassi manufacturing site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will develop and manage production plans to optimize capacity and ensure on-time delivery across functions.

You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement and Logistics to maintain reliable schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, collaborative approach to work.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage urgent or unexpected situations.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with operational and customer requirements.
• Continuously review and adjust production plans based on material availability, machine capacity, workforce availability, and changing business priorities.
• Ensure production schedules are accurately communicated and executed across all relevant functions.
• Collaborate closely with Production Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between production requirements and business objectives.
• Act as the primary interface between planning and production to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
• Respond proactively to operational disruptions, including delayed raw material deliveries, equipment breakdowns, capacity constraints, and urgent customer requests.
• Monitor production performance and adherence to established schedules.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including OTIF delivery and Capacity Utilization.
• Identify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change.
