On-Site Production Planner – OTIF & Capacity Optimizer

adapa Group is seeking a Production Planner for our Gambassi site to lead production planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time order fulfillment. You will partner with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain a reliable planning process.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to work.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Italian and English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of capacity and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with requirements.
• Continuously review schedules based on material, capacity, and priorities.
• Communicate and execute schedules across all relevant functions.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Interface between planning and production to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Respond to disruptions like late materials, equipment breakdowns, or urgent requests.
• Monitor performance and analyze KPIs such as OTIF and capacity utilization.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
