Sisal Italia S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a multi-country RFX program, manage a buyers team, and drive category strategies aligned with business objectives. You will work with Legal and Finance on negotiations and contracts within a complex governance framework.

The role requires strong leadership, cost-savings focus, and English fluency, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid working model in a dynamic gaming group environment.

Competenze

• Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive value, efficiency and cost savings.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving effective commercial outcomes.
• Ability to connect procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Experience in leading, supporting and developing a team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, from analysis to delivery, in line with the procurement strategy.
• Coordinate and lead internal stakeholders through RFX processes and contract negotiations.
• Enforce procurement policies and procedures across the organization.
