Flutter SEA is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to join the SEA Procurement Team in Milan. You will direct a team of buyers, shape category strategy, and drive supplier management within a robust Risk and Sustainability framework.

You will run end-to-end sourcing projects and coordinate multi-country RFX with Legal and Finance collaboration. The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership, with fluency in English.

What you’ll do:

• You will join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team, reporting to the Head of Category and leading a team of buyers.
• You will drive the category strategy in alignment with the Head of Category.
• You will drive the assigned supplier base as part of Flutter SEA’s advanced Risk and Sustainability Program.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in procurement activities and execute end-to-end sourcing projects, from analysis to delivery, in line with the procurement strategy, ensuring the best results in terms of cost efficiency and quality at a local level.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal stakeholders throughout the entire RFX process, including contract negotiation and definition, in collaboration with the Legal and Finance teams.
• You will manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• You will be part of both the Flutter Global Procurement Team and the Flutter SEA Regional Procurement Team, working closely with colleagues across the Group, Regions and local subsidiaries in Ireland, Italy and other countries.
• You will lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations, sharing and implementing best practices.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Milan, Italy: 57,258€ - 69,445€ gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.

This is our standard pay guide for the role and location; any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
