Job summary

Bridgestone is seeking a PR & Communications Lead for the South Region to design and execute an integrated communications plan that drives growth and protects reputation. You will work closely with West Marketing and Communications, lead local public affairs activities, and join the South Region Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR or related field.
• 6–8 years of related work experience in public/corporate affairs, communications, public relations.
• Multilingual capabilities required with fluency in English; Italian native.

Responsibilities

• Shape the external communications strategy to strengthen Bridgestone South Region's reputation.
• Identify key stakeholders and channels to engage audiences effectively.
• Maintain and expand journalist networks and media reach.
• Translate corporate/product messages into engaging stories for targeted channels.
• Define PR strategies for pivotal product launches and local adaptations.
• Organize media events and coordinate with regional teams across markets.
