The Director of Human Resources at Marriott International's Sheraton property in Milano will report to the General Manager and work with regional HR leadership. You will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, development, and HR operations to support business objectives.

You will drive HR strategy, oversee engagement surveys, succession planning, compensation planning for hourly staff, coach managers, and partner with owners to deliver guest-focused service.

Competenze

• Degrees: 2-year or 4-year in HR, business, or related field with relevant experience.

• Develop and execute the property HR strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Lead talent management and succession planning at property and market levels.
• Oversee engagement surveys and HR initiatives.
• Ensure effective HR processes and reporting to property leadership.
• Lead staffing decisions and payroll/compensation planning.
