ELCA is seeking an Alliance & Partner Programs Specialist to manage strategic relationships with leading technology vendors and partners. You will coordinate between external partners and internal teams to maximize value through certifications, incentives, and funding programs.

You will work with business leaders, technical, finance, procurement, and sales to strengthen ELCA's position within key ecosystems. Fluent in English; Italian a plus; permanent contract and competitive salary in Italy.

Competenze

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Experience in partner/alliance programs, vendor management, or operations.
• Knowledge of technology partner ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Red Hat) is a plus.
• Certifications or training in alliance management or partner programs are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with strategic technology partners and vendors.
• Act as liaison between partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor partner programs, requirements, competencies, benefits, and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with partnership obligations and governance processes.
• Promote collaboration between partner roadmaps and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities related to incentives, rebates, funding programs, and partner benefits.
• Coordinate submissions, claims, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor performance against partner targets and objectives.
• Analyze opportunities to increase partner-generated revenue and funding utilization.
• Coordinate certification and accreditation activities; drive training priorities.
• Track certification progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain budgets, invoicing, and vendor administration; ensure audit-ready records.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for partnership performance.
