LimoLane is seeking a Supplier Development Specialist to develop and manage the international network of premium Chauffeur Service Partners, ensuring high service standards, market coverage, and operational performance.

You will analyze market data and KPIs to support pricing and territorial coverage, lead negotiations, onboarding, and training of partners, monitor performance, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care to optimize processes.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, International Relations, Tourism Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and multicultural teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to daily operational and organizational challenges.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

Support the analysis of market data, operational KPIs, and financial performance to support strategic decisions related to pricing, profitability, territorial coverage, and Partner network development.
Support to identify, develop, and manage strategic Partners, overseeing commercial negotiations, onboarding, training, and alignment with company standards.
Monitor service quality, fulfillment, and Partners’ operational performance, identifying critical issues and areas for improvement.
Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with Partners, coordinating escalations, incident management, and emergencies to ensure service continuity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care) to optimize processes and support strategic quotations, tenders, and complex events.
