Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Management Analyst to join our client’s team in Italy on a full-time basis. The role focuses on analyzing business processes and designing solutions to improve efficiency, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

You will conduct in-depth analyses, develop data-driven strategies to optimize operations, prepare reports for senior leadership, and monitor the impact of changes to ensure measurable

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to convey findings to stakeholders.
