Zelestra Italia is seeking a Strategy & Market Analysis Director to join its Senior Leadership Team in Rome. You will shape the country’s strategic agenda, guide market intelligence, and lead cross-functional initiatives spanning data centers, BESS, and energy solutions.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle, including environmental scanning, scenario analysis, and capital allocation recommendations.
• Define strategic priorities with the Country Director and corporate leadership; develop and monitor KPI framework; prepare materials for Investment Committee and board.
• Drive market intelligence and competitive positioning; translate policy signals into implications for development pipelines and commercial strategy; define Zelestra’s positioning across segments.
• Lead strategic assessment and development of new verticals (data centers, co-located PV, BESS); define GTM for data center segment; analyze new commercial models and investment rationale.
