You will collect and consolidate data from Sales Directors and functional leaders across the region, transform it into clear insights, and prepare leadership reviews, strategic discussions, and board-level materials. The role blends 80% analysis and 20% executive coordination.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from Sales Directors and leaders across EMEA.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy, KPIs and trends.
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations for reviews and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, and expense reports for the President Sales.
• Support cross-functional initiatives led by senior leaders.
