Supernova is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage retail space leasing across Italy. You will prepare offers, onboard tenants and negotiate lease agreements with landlords and tenants, including amendments and renewals.

You will report to the Head of Leasing Italy, support asset reporting, conduct market research, and collaborate with centre management while travelling across Italy as needed. Fluency in English and Italian, plus strong organisation, are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate in engineering; degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration.
• 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or similar.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Italian.
• Excellent management, planning and organisational skills.

• Leasing of retail space within the Italian Supernova portfolio.

• Onboarding new tenants and negotiating/finalising lease agreements and amendments.
• Timely renewal of lease agreements and related documentation.

  Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Administration with approximately 1-3 years of experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment
• Driving license, willingness to travel and flexible
• resilience, mobility and willingness to work throughout Italy on a short- or long-term basis
• Italian as mother tongue, fluent in English both written and spoken as a must
• Excellent management, planning and organisational skills are a must
