Deutsche Telekom seeks a Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design to define and drive the future of AI-powered customer experiences across Telekom’s digital ecosystem. You will lead design excellence across multiple products and initiatives, shaping human–AI interaction frameworks and governance.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, establish scalable design systems, and champion experimentation and responsible AI.

Competenze

• Master's degree or higher in design, HCI, psychology, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in UX, product design or digital experience.
• 6+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• 5+ years designing AI-powered digital products (Generative AI, conversational AI, automation).
• Proven track record defining UX strategy for enterprise-scale products used by millions.

• Define the long-term UX vision and AI experience strategy for customer-facing products.
• Lead design of next-generation AI-powered experiences across conversational AI, generative AI and automation.
• Shape human-AI interaction frameworks emphasizing transparency, trust and explainability.
