Bonfiglioli is seeking a Key Account Professional to join our team in Castel Maggiore (BO). The role focuses on managing and growing strategic key accounts, leading complex commercial negotiations, and expanding business into Medical Devices, Railway, and Industrial Automation sectors.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong account management and business development skills, and be willing to travel up to 50% across Europe. English proficiency is required.

• Strong business development and key account management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, or similar technical discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow strategic customer relationships, acting as senior commercial reference point for top accounts.
• Lead price negotiations, contract renewals, and complex commercial agreements.
• Define and execute account strategies and growth plans aligned with company targets.
• Drive new business development in target sectors (Medical, Railway, Industrial Automation, Energy/Renewables).
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline from lead to contract signature.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to structure competitive offers.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis for strategic planning.
• Contribute to multi-year sales strategy and budgeting/forecasting.
• Mentor junior sales team members.
• Represent Selcom at senior customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
