Ariston Group in Milano seeks an ICT HR Systems & Integration expert to guard a lean, coherent systems landscape aligned with enterprise architecture strategy, bridging business needs, vendor delivery, and technical design.

You will drive the ICT HR Transformation programme and BAU support for Payroll, T&A, and DMS across multiple countries, while building documentation and knowledge transfer during onboarding.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in ICT HR systems and integrations, across multiple-country projects.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Time), SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and integration middleware.
• Familiar with cloud integration platforms and Document Management Systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation programmes across countries.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate testing between vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Manage transition of new solutions from project delivery into BAU support.
• Build durable documentation by capturing undocumented processes and decisions.
