A major global insurance organization is seeking a candidate for their Human Capital Cost Control, Data and Operations team in Milan. The role involves managing workforce data reporting activities and supporting the development of HR analytics tools, such as PowerBI dashboards. Ideal applicants will have a degree in Economics or Engineering, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Italian is a plus.

• Ability to analyze and present data in a clear and impactful way.
• Feeling for numbers, ability to process data to drive business outcomes.
