Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Global Clinical Integration Lead to drive strategic project management for complex integration and transition initiatives within Clinical Operations. You will simplify complex work, build roadmaps, and coordinate across Business Development, Clinical Operations and Clinical Development to ensure timely, aligned delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or related discipline is required.
• Proven project or programme management experience in a complex global organization.
• Ability to lead high-priority projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organisation and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies, risks and issues.
• Experience managing vendors, CROs or external partners.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and establish structured ways of working.
