Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Early Development Services Team in the EMEA region. The role focuses on leading end-to-end delivery of Phase I projects, serving as the main sponsor contact, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams to meet time, cost and quality targets.

You will manage escalation pathways, define responsibilities for regional leads, and ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations while driving

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management.
• Experience in Early Development/Clinical projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways adhered to internally and externally.
• Define responsibilities and communication for secondary project leads involved in regions or vendors.
• Accountable for the overall delivery of cross-functional projects (time, cost, quality).
• Drive project-level risk identification and issue resolution (RBQM/RESOLVE).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project-specific requirements.
