Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing function, driving growth through innovative digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and demand generation. You will work closely with Sales and Portfolio Management to enhance market presence and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes data-driven tactics, collaboration with divisions and external vendors, and leadership of a large, international team.

Competenze

• Advanced degree plus 6+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce within B2B.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce within B2B.
• Experience leading marketing technology stacks and big data analytics.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a marketing organization of ~80 people including 5 direct reports.
• Oversee Go-to-Market Strategy and Market Activation.
• Drive Digital Marketing and e-Commerce initiatives.
• Lead Demand Generation and Commercial Growth efforts.
• Provide Commercial Enablement and cross-functional leadership.
• Ensure strong Business Performance across the function.
