UNICEF - United Nations Children’s Fund in Rome, Italy seeks a Programme Specialist (P-3) to lead the development of strategic fundraising content and partnerships initiatives within the BRIDGE Team. The role focuses on capacity building, knowledge management, and high-value donor engagement to drive results for children.

The successful candidate will coordinate multi-stakeholder efforts, develop learning products, and ensure alignment with UNICEF priorities, while supporting system improvements

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in communications, social sciences, marketing, public relations, business administration and management, or related subject.
• Alternatively, a first-level university degree with an additional 2 years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in private/public sector engagement/fundraising is required.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder processes and developing engaging capacity building initiatives is required.
