Carlsberg Italia is seeking a Finance Central Business Partner for maternity cover. The role leads finance partnering, planning and performance management, reporting to the Finance Director and guiding a small team.

You will own Actuals, Budget, Revised Estimates and the 3-Year Strategic Plan, delivering insights to support decisions and growth, with a focus on profitability and disciplined investments.

Competenze

• MS degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 7–10 years in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering in an international environment.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting and performance management expertise.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage the Finance Central Business Partnering and controlling activities.
• Own core planning processes (Actuals, MPRs, Budget, Revised Estimates, 3-Year Plan).
• Coordinate between local functions and Regional Finance during planning and reporting cycles.
• Provide insights, risk/opportunity signals and recommendations to management.
• Lead a team of 2 finance professionals.
• Drive profitability and cost management across the organization.
