Sandoz in Milano, Lombardy, is hiring an FP&A Lead on a maternity cover basis. The role owns the market financial planning process, consolidates performance, and supports monthly close with high-quality reporting and dashboards.

The ideal candidate has a Finance degree, 3+ years in FP/Controlling, fluent Italian and English, strong Excel and SAP/BI experience, and proven people-management skills to coach a small FP&A team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in FP, Controlling, Financial Planning, or related Finance roles.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP/BI tools.

Mansioni

• Own and drive the market financial planning process (LO, MYR, TGT, SP) ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Lead performance consolidation and variance analysis with CFO collaboration.
• Manage monthly close and deliver high-quality financial reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights with data integrity.
• Lead FP activities within S process, including reconciliation and monetization.
• Ensure compliance with FP standards and drive process improvements.
• Leverage systems/AI to enhance analytics and decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team.
