Moneyfarm is looking to reinforce its FP&A team with an Analyst who will shape the direction of Finance at Moneyfarm. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and liaising with numerous departments across the business, you will own the month-end reporting and our FP&A models, driving the forecast cycle, and delivering the financial insight that underpins company-wide decision-making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years FP&A or Finance Controlling experience.
• Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Strong financial and analytical modelling skills.
• Excellent Excel and data handling.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience presenting analyses to senior management.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assist in annual Budget preparation.
• Deliver deep-dive analyses on performance, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for scenario planning.
• Support monthly closing activities with insightful commentary.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams.
• Identify and lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support capital planning and regulatory reporting.
