Lexroom Srl in Milan is seeking an FP&A Specialist to scale our financial planning from zero to one. You’ll build robust models, own P&L, budgets, and rolling forecasts, partnering with department heads to turn data into strategic insights.

You’ll translate complex metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, churn) into clear storytelling for founders and investors, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to shape a fast-growing AI-driven legal platform.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, or VC experience.
• Builder mindset to build financial systems in a fast-growing startup.
• Advanced Excel modelling with end-to-end scenario testing.
• SaaS metrics literacy: CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, margin structures.
• Rigor with zero-tolerance for untracked inaccuracies.
• Clear communication to explain complex numbers to founders and investors.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Admin, Management Eng, or Economics.
• Full professional proficiency in English (Italian a plus).
