LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton in Milan invites a Financial Controller to join our Finance Department at the Milan HQ, reporting directly to the CFO. The role oversees financial operations, ensures accurate reporting, and provides analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making across international teams.

You will lead month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, performance variance analysis, and cash flow management, coordinating with local and regional controllers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Controlling, ideally with international exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes with timely financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, PL analyses, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting for Management.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the organization.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with Department Heads and Regional Controllers.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize cost structures and margins.
• Perform variance analyses comparing actuals to budget and forecast.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, oversee capex tracking.
