CSL seeks a Regional Finance Business Partner for EuCan Cluster to support the Head of Finance with planning, analysis and reporting across Italy, UK, France, Portugal and more. You’ll partner with commercial and country finance teams to drive performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support executive decision-making.

You will build executive presentations and dashboards, help manage budgets and forecasts, and collaborate across borders to standardize reporting and deliver actionable

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years across finance disciplines such as FP&A, reporting or business partnering.
• Experience in biopharma/healthcare or life sciences preferred.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• English fluent; other languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Head of Finance and regional leaders to drive insights and decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles for EuCan markets.
• Consolidate inputs and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership.
