Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner for the EuCan cluster. This high-visibility role will support the Head of Finance with financial insights, planning, reporting, and KPI analysis across Canada, UK & Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

You’ll partner with country Finance teams to drive performance, standardize reporting, and enable data-driven decision making. The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong modeling skills, fluency in English, and additional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience across finance disciplines (BP, FP&A, reporting, accounting ops).
• Experience in biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Power BI reporting/visualization advantageous; CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide analyses, insights, and recommendations for leadership and discussions.
• Assess performance trends and identify risks and opportunities across markets.
• Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles for EuCan markets.
• Coordinate planning timelines and ensure data accuracy across FP&A teams.
