Job summary

CHEP, a Brambles company, seeks a Finance Business Partnering Manager in Italy to partner with senior leaders and shape financial strategy. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while developing insightful models and business cases to inform strategic bets.

You will mentor a finance team and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth across markets. Based in Lombardy, Italy (Varese).

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Accounting qualification and/or finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with short-term objectives and long-term strategy.
• Partner with regional business leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic decisions.
• Drive profitability analysis and cost optimization to improve ROI across functions.
• Guide strategic projects such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market entry initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to enhance financial performance and sustainable growth.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals and foster continuous improvement and financial excellence.
