Job summary

Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese is seeking a Finance Manager to guide the hotel’s financial integrity and long-term profitability. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, working with department heads and senior leadership to sustain growth and guest excellence.

In this role, you will oversee cash flows, controls, and reporting, ensuring compliance with USALI standards while collaborating across commercial and operational teams to optimize revenue and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience with hospitality finance and USALI is a plus.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads and leadership.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management.
• Monitor performance vs budgets and implement adjustments.
• Produce management reports and financial statements.
• Partner with Hotel Manager and ownership on financial strategy.
