Job summary

You will lead the Finance team, oversee budgeting, forecasting, controls, and reporting in line with USALI standards, and partner with hotel leadership to align strategy with targets and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash management.
• Ensure USALI-compliant reporting and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory filings.
• Partner with hotel leadership on strategic financial planning.
