Job summary

Thélios S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a SAP FI CO Analyst to support and optimize Finance and Management Control processes using the SAP system.

Located in Padua with occasional travels to Longarone, the role focuses on delivering reliable financial information and efficient controllership across the organization. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP FI CO experience, strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and CO modules, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of consolidated experience as a SAP FI CO Functional Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
• Knowledge of CO modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA.
• Strong basis in general accounting and administration.
• Analytical, detail oriented and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Management Control) modules, resolving issues and providing daily assistance.
• Analyze and understand the business requirements of the Administration, Finance, and Control areas.
• Configure and customize SAP FI CO modules to meet new needs or improve existing processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects, providing technical-functional contributions.
• Test new configurations and developments to ensure correct system functionality.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with other SAP teams and corporate key users to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
• Provide training to end-users on new functionalities or best practices.
