Job summary

UNICEF's Evaluation Office seeks an Evaluation Planning and Performance Officer to support annual planning, performance monitoring, and coordinated governance across global offices. You will help prepare work plans, improve information systems, and assist AI-enabled data harmonization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in planning, monitoring and reporting, policy coordination, or evaluation management support.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience coordinating consultations; familiarity with AI tools for data analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Assist in developing the Annual Report on the Evaluation Function and costed workplans.
• Support rollout of EvalPlanner; compile and present KPI data.
• Contribute to policy implementation procedures and governance materials; support Global Learning Committee.
