United Nations Volunteers is seeking an Evaluation Planning and Performance Officer to support UNICEF's Evaluation Office, strengthening evaluation planning, performance monitoring, governance, policy implementation, and knowledge management across the global evaluation function.

The role contributes to implementing UNICEF's Global Evaluation Plan (2026-2029), improving evaluation systems and data management, and ensuring effective coordination across headquarters, regional, and country offices.

Formación

• Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Evaluation, Public Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in strategic planning, monitoring and reporting, evaluation support, policy coordination, governance, or related institutional functions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor annual evaluation planning and reporting, including AREF.
• Assist with Costed Annual Workplans (AWP) preparation and monitoring.
• Compile and analyze performance indicators, KPI reports and portfolio data.
• Support AI-driven initiatives and improve the 'Ask EISI' platform.
