Job summary

UNICEF is seeking a Planning and Analytics Consultant to lead performance analyses for global Individual Giving. You will design a framework of KPIs, consolidate data across markets, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic planning and revenue growth.

The role requires extensive experience with data analysis, Power BI and Excel, and the ability to work in an Agile environment, often coordinating with ICTD and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Technology or related field.
• Eight+ years of professional work experience in planning and analytics.
• Experience managing large data sets and analytics projects.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regularly analyze global Individual Giving performance, integrating financial, operational, and donor data.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance management framework with standardized KPIs.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to enable cross-market, cross-channel reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategic planning and revenue growth.
